cb7241cfc9 Move navigation controller to navigation handler from core object. 
Further decoupling of top alert view and types from core.
Global top alert delegate
Move keyboard functions out of core.
Added ability for action sheets.
Made greedy check, pause, unpause for alerts more proper.
