- Define section owners and review cadence.

## Risks
- Docs drift as tools and plugins update.
- Unclear ownership leads to stale content.

## Mitigations
- Review cadence every quarter.
- Assign owners per section.
- Keep setup steps high level; link to vendor docs when needed.
